Warranty Disclaimer

1. Products Sold As-Is

YNF Deals ("we", "us") is an independent retailer of authentic Arabian, designer, and niche fragrances, sold through our online store at ynfdeals.com and through live auctions on TikTok LIVE and TikTok Shop (our "YNF Deals" and "YNF Fragrance" shops). This Warranty Disclaimer applies to every product we sell, regardless of the channel you bought it through.

Except as expressly stated in this document, in our Return & Refund Policy, or as required by applicable law, all products are provided as-is and as-available. We do not offer a separate manufacturer's warranty, extended warranty, or service plan, and we make no promises about a product beyond those written here.

Purchases made through TikTok Shop checkout are also subject to TikTok's own terms and buyer policies, which operate alongside this disclaimer.

2. What We Do Guarantee: Authenticity

One promise we make without qualification: every product we sell is 100% authentic. We source exclusively from authorized distributors and reputable wholesalers, and we do not sell counterfeit products, testers mislabeled as retail stock, or diluted or altered fragrances. The full terms of this promise are set out in our Authenticity Guarantee.

If you believe a product you received from us is not genuine, report it within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence through the Support area of your account at /my/support or by email to [email protected]. Verified authenticity claims are resolved under our Return & Refund Policy with a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

3. What We Don't Guarantee: Scent Performance

Fragrance is personal. How a perfume smells, how long it lasts (longevity), how far it projects (sillage), and how it develops over time depend on your individual skin chemistry, body temperature, diet, climate, humidity, and how and where you apply it. The same bottle can perform noticeably differently on two people — or on the same person on two different days.

For that reason, we do not warrant, and cannot warrant:

• that you will personally like a fragrance;
• any particular longevity, sillage, or projection on your skin;
• that a fragrance will smell on you the way it smells on someone else, in a review, or in a live stream;
• that a scent will match your memory of a different bottle, batch, or concentration.

Tools like our Fragrance Finder quiz recommend products based on the preferences you tell us; the recommendations are suggestions, not a promise that a scent will suit you. Disliking a fragrance, or finding that it performs differently than you hoped, is not a product defect and does not qualify for a return.

4. Batch Variation

Perfume is manufactured in batches, and modest batch-to-batch variation is a normal characteristic of genuine fragrance — not a sign of a fake or a defect. Between production runs, manufacturers may make small changes, and natural raw materials vary by harvest.

Normal batch variation can include minor differences in:

• the color of the liquid;
• the opening notes or overall scent impression;
• bottle, cap, atomizer, label, or box design;
• batch codes and regulatory markings.

We do not warrant that a product will match a specific batch, batch code, or production year, and normal batch variation is not grounds for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Descriptions, Imagery & Packaging

Product descriptions, fragrance notes, imagery, and live-stream presentations are provided for your convenience, to help you identify and choose products. We work to keep them accurate, but they are informational — they are not a warranty of a product's characteristics or performance, and note pyramids and scent descriptions are inherently interpretive.

Brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the genuine products we sell. YNF Deals is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any fragrance house or brand.

Manufacturers periodically update packaging without notice. The product you receive may arrive in updated or slightly different packaging than pictured, provided it is the genuine product you ordered. Screen settings may also cause colors to display differently than they appear in person.

6. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE IN SECTION 2, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE.

This disclaimer applies only to the extent the law allows it. Some jurisdictions do not permit the disclaimer of implied warranties, or limit how long an implied warranty lasts; where that is the case, the disclaimer above applies to the maximum extent, and for the shortest duration, that the law of where you live permits.

7. Your Statutory Rights Are Preserved

Nothing in this Warranty Disclaimer limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer right or remedy that applicable law says cannot be waived or limited by contract. If a law in where you live gives you a non-waivable right — for example, a statutory guarantee that goods be of acceptable quality — that right stands, and this document should be read subject to it.

If any part of this disclaimer is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This document is governed by the laws of the State of New York, as set out in our Terms of Service.

8. Exclusive Remedies

All sales are final, with the specific exceptions in our Return & Refund Policy. Your exclusive remedies for a product problem are the ones that policy provides: a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method, for eligible issues reported within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

To make a claim, use the Support area of your account at /my/support or email [email protected]. Because we video-record the packing of orders for quality assurance, we may review packing footage when assessing a claim. To the extent permitted by law, these remedies are your sole and exclusive remedies for product issues, and our total liability for any product is limited as described in our Terms of Service.
