Authenticity Guarantee

1. Our guarantee

YNF Deals ("we", "us") guarantees that every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic. This applies to every product sold through our online store at ynfdeals.com and through our live auctions on TikTok LIVE and TikTok Shop (our "YNF Deals" and "YNF Fragrance" shops), without exception.

Specifically, we guarantee that we never sell:

• Counterfeits — imitation products made to look like a genuine brand.
• Mislabeled testers — tester units sold as standard retail packaging.
• Diluted or tampered products — fragrances that have been refilled, watered down, or otherwise altered after leaving the manufacturer.

This guarantee has teeth. If we verify that a product we sold you is not authentic, we will resolve it with a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy and Section 4 below.

2. How we protect authenticity

An authenticity guarantee is only as strong as the controls behind it. Ours rests on three practices that run through every order we ship.

2.1 Sourcing controls

We purchase inventory only from authorized distributors and reputable wholesalers. We do not buy from unverified marketplaces or sources we cannot vouch for. If a supplier cannot demonstrate a clean chain of supply, we do not stock the product.

2.2 Batch checks

Incoming stock is inspected before it reaches our shelves. We check batch codes, packaging, and seals against what the manufacturer's genuine production looks like, and we reject stock that does not pass.

2.3 Video-recorded packing

The packing of every order is video-recorded for quality assurance and fraud prevention. If a question arises about what was shipped and in what condition, we can review the footage of your exact order. Packing videos are retained for 90 days unless needed for an active dispute; see our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Batch variation is normal

Fragrance houses produce perfume in batches — separate production runs, often months apart, sometimes at different facilities. Small differences between batches are a normal part of how genuine fragrances are made. They come from the manufacturer, not from us, and they are not a sign of a counterfeit.

Typical batch-to-batch differences include the shade of the juice, the printing or finish of the box, the cellophane wrap, cap fit, sprayer feel, and even how the scent opens in its first minutes. A bottle that differs slightly from one you bought last year — or from a photo or video you saw online — can still be entirely genuine.

Two related points on expectations. First, we do not guarantee that you will personally like a scent — preference is subjective, and disliking a fragrance is not an authenticity issue. Second, we do not guarantee individual "performance" (longevity or projection); performance varies with skin chemistry, climate, and batch, even among unquestionably genuine bottles.

4. If you doubt authenticity

If you believe a product you received from us is not genuine, tell us — we take every authenticity claim seriously and investigate each one.

4.1 How to report

1. Report within 72 hours of delivery. This is the same reporting window as our Return & Refund Policy, and it matters: it lets us check your claim against fresh sourcing records and the packing video of your order.
2. Use the Support area of your account at /my/support, or email [email protected].
3. Include evidence. Provide your order number and clear photos or video of the product, including the batch code, barcode, packaging, and whatever prompted your concern.

4.2 How we investigate and resolve

We compare your evidence against our purchase and sourcing records, our incoming batch checks, and the video recording of your order being packed. If your claim is verified, we will resolve it under our Return & Refund Policy with a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method — your choice among the options we can offer for that item.

Concerns that come down to scent preference, performance, or the normal batch variation described in Section 3 are not authenticity claims and are handled under the standard terms of our Return & Refund Policy, which treats all sales as final except for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

The guarantee applies equally to purchases made on ynfdeals.com and through our TikTok Shop checkout. For TikTok purchases, payment and any platform-level processes run through TikTok under its own terms, but you can always raise an authenticity concern with us directly through the channels above.

5. Independent reseller

YNF Deals is an independent reseller of authentic Arabian, designer, and niche fragrances. Brand names, logos, and product images that appear on our store belong to their respective owners, and we use them solely to identify the genuine products we sell.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the fragrance brands we carry. This Authenticity Guarantee is made by YNF Deals alone; the brands themselves are not a party to it. Rights holders with questions about our use of their marks can reach our legal contact in Section 6.
