1. Acceptance & Eligibility

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and YNF Deals ("YNF Deals," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 585 W Merrick Rd Ste 28 C, Valley Stream, NY 11580, United States. By browsing ynfdeals.com, creating an account, placing an order, or bidding in one of our live auctions, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.

To make a purchase you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), be located in the United States, and be able to form a legally binding contract. The site is not directed to children under 13. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Live Auction Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Payment Policy, Copyright Policy, and Intellectual Property Policy. If a specific policy conflicts with these Terms on its subject, the specific policy controls.

2. The Service

YNF Deals is a retailer of authentic Arabian, designer, and niche fragrances. The Service means, together: (a) the online store at ynfdeals.com, including the shop and the customer portal at /my; and (b) our live auction sales conducted on TikTok LIVE and TikTok Shop through our shops "YNF Deals" and "YNF Fragrance."

The two channels work differently, and it matters which one you buy from. Purchases on ynfdeals.com are made directly with us and paid through our payment processor, Stripe. Purchases won in a live auction are completed through TikTok Shop's own checkout and are also subject to TikTok's terms and payment deadlines. In both cases, we are the seller, these Terms apply to your relationship with us, and our Return & Refund Policy governs post-delivery issues; for TikTok purchases, refunds to your original payment method are issued through the TikTok Shop refund system.

We are an independent reseller. Brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the genuine products we sell. YNF Deals is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any fragrance brand, or by TikTok.

3. Accounts & Security

You can create an account using your email address with a one-time verification code, or by signing in with Google. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated in your account profile. You may maintain only one account; creating multiple accounts to evade limits, abuse promotions, or circumvent a suspension is prohibited.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. We store passwords only in hashed form — never in plain text — and we protect the site with HTTPS/TLS and Cloudflare security services. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at [email protected] immediately.

We may suspend or close an account, and cancel associated orders, where we reasonably believe it is being used for fraud or abuse. This includes payment fraud, chargeback abuse (disputing legitimate charges you authorized), posting fake reviews, operating multiple abusive accounts, harassing our staff, or violating the Acceptable Use Policy. Where the conduct is unlawful, we may report it to payment networks and law enforcement.

4. Products, Availability & Authenticity

Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic, sourced from authorized distributors and reputable wholesalers. We do not sell counterfeit, tester-mislabeled, or diluted products. This authenticity guarantee is backed by our Return & Refund Policy: if a verified claim shows a product is not as described, we will make it right.

Fragrances are natural, batch-produced goods. Color, scent nuance, and packaging can vary slightly from batch to batch; this is normal and is not a defect. We do not guarantee that a fragrance will match your personal preference or perform ("last") a certain way on your skin — see Section 14.

Much of our inventory, especially auction stock, moves quickly and may exist in very limited quantities. Listings can sell out, be withdrawn, or be corrected at any time. Product descriptions, images, and notes breakdowns are provided in good faith for your convenience; where a description contains an error, we may correct it, and Section 5 applies to pricing errors. Some descriptive content is prepared with AI-assisted tools and reviewed by our team.

5. Pricing & Pricing Errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices, start or end promotions, and adjust discounts at any time. Price changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Despite our care, pricing and listing errors occasionally happen. If a product's listed price is an obvious error — for example, a misplaced decimal point or a price far below our cost — we may cancel the affected order or correct the price before shipment, even after your payment has been processed. If we cancel for a pricing error, we will notify you and refund the full amount you paid.

6. Promotions & Coupons

We may offer promotions, discount codes, and coupons, including offers shown in your account portal. Unless the offer states otherwise, each code: expires on its stated date (or when we end the promotion), is limited to one use per customer, is non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We may modify or end a promotion at any time; ending a promotion does not affect orders already accepted with the code applied. If a code is used in a way it was not intended — including bulk generation, sharing of single-use codes, use across multiple accounts, or exploitation of a technical error — we may void the code, cancel the affected orders, and take the account actions described in Section 3.

7. Orders & Payment

7.1 Your order is an offer

Placing an order on ynfdeals.com is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your offer; a contract is formed when we ship the item (or, for live auctions, when your claim is confirmed under Section 10). We may refuse or cancel any order before shipment — for example, for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable stock, quantity limits, or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel, we will refund what you paid for the cancelled items.

7.2 Payment through Stripe

Website payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept credit and debit cards, ACH Direct Debit, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Link, and PayPal. Your payment credentials go directly to Stripe; YNF Deals never stores full card numbers. Purchases made through TikTok Shop are processed by TikTok's own checkout under TikTok's terms.

7.3 Taxes

We collect sales tax where the law requires. Currently that is New York, at the combined rate of 8.875%, which is calculated and shown at checkout.

7.4 Fraud screening and verification

Orders are screened for fraud, in part using automated tools, including a first-party device-recognition cookie described in our Cookie Policy. We may ask you to verify your identity or billing details before shipping, limit order quantities, or cancel orders that fail screening. If an automated decision goes against you, you may ask for human review at [email protected].

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

We ship within the United States only; we do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered by USPS or UPS (occasionally FedEx). Because alcohol-based perfume is regulated as a hazardous material, fragrances travel as limited-quantity ground shipments, which can rule out express and air options. You will receive a tracking number by email and in your account portal.

Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier, but if a shipment arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, report it to us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it under our Return & Refund Policy. 9. Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, scent preference, or ordering the wrong item. The only exceptions are items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

To claim an exception, you must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery, with photo or video evidence, through the Support area of your account at /my/support or by email to [email protected]. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method, at your preference where possible. 10. Live Auction Terms

When you bid on or claim an item during one of our TikTok LIVE auctions, that bid or claim is binding and creates an obligation to complete the purchase. Payment is completed through TikTok Shop checkout and is subject to TikTok's payment deadlines. If you do not pay on time, we may cancel the claim and relist the item, and repeated non-payment may result in your being blocked from our live sales.

Live streams are broadcast publicly on TikTok, and recordings of streams may be retained. Separately, the packing of orders is video-recorded for quality assurance and fraud prevention; packing videos are kept for 90 days unless needed for an active dispute. 11. Reviews & User Content

We welcome reviews, photos, questions, and other content you submit about our products (User Content). User Content must be genuine: it must reflect your real experience with a product you actually own, must not be paid for or incentivized in ways you fail to disclose, and must not be submitted on behalf of a competitor. Posting fake reviews — positive or negative — is grounds for removal of the content and account action under Section 3.

By submitting User Content, you grant YNF Deals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content in connection with the Service, including showing your review on product pages. You keep ownership of your content. We may moderate, edit for format, decline to publish, or remove User Content at our discretion, particularly where it violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful, personal shopping purposes. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to breach or probe our security, scraping or bulk-harvesting site data, interfering with other customers or with live auctions, submitting false claims or fraudulent payment information, and infringing others' rights. The complete list of rules is in the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service — including our site design, text, graphics, code, the YNF Deals name and logo, and content we create such as product write-ups and the Fragrance Finder quiz — is owned by YNF Deals or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal shopping. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Third-party trademarks — fragrance brand names, logos, and official product imagery — belong to their respective owners. We use them solely to identify the genuine products we resell, and their appearance on our site does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those brands.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our designated agent: Legal — YNF Deals, 585 W Merrick Rd Ste 28 C, Valley Stream, NY 11580, or [email protected]. Include the identification of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

14. Disclaimers of Warranties

We warrant that the fragrances we sell are authentic, as described in Section 4. Beyond that, and except where these Terms or a linked policy expressly say otherwise, the Service and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Specifically, we do not warrant that: a fragrance will suit your personal taste; a scent will perform or last a particular way on your skin; batch-to-batch variations in color, scent, or packaging will not occur; the site will be uninterrupted or error-free; or product descriptions, which are provided for convenience, are free of minor inaccuracies. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YNF Deals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if we have been advised such damages are possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Savings clause. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence. If you are a New York consumer, nothing in these Terms limits your non-waivable rights under New York General Business Law or other consumer protection statutes, and this section applies only to the extent New York law permits.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YNF Deals and its owners, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of: (a) your violation of these Terms or the incorporated policies; (b) your User Content; or (c) your misuse of the Service, including fraudulent orders or abusive chargebacks. We will notify you of any such claim and may participate in its defense with counsel of our choosing. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own breach of these Terms or our own misconduct.

17. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account through the privacy tools at /my or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service for the reasons described in Section 3, for violation of these Terms, or where required by law; where practical, we will tell you why.

Termination does not affect orders already shipped, amounts already owed, or rights and obligations that by their nature survive — including Sections 9 (Returns), 11 (User Content license), and 13 through 20. Data associated with a closed account is retained and deleted according to the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

You and YNF Deals agree that any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court, or limits any non-waivable right you have under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence to bring claims in a forum those laws designate.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, when we add features, change carriers or payment methods, or respond to changes in the law. When we make a material change, we will post the updated Terms at /terms with a new effective date and give notice by email or a prominent notice on the site before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the change. Changes do not apply retroactively: orders are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service before it takes effect.

20. General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies they incorporate (Section 1), are the entire agreement between you and YNF Deals about the Service and replace any prior understandings on the same subject. For purchases completed through TikTok Shop, TikTok's own terms additionally govern your relationship with TikTok as the checkout provider.

No waiver; assignment. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, and they bind permitted successors.

Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or utility and platform outages — except that payment obligations are not excused.
