Third-Party Services Disclosure
YNF Deals runs on a small, deliberately short list of outside companies: one to process payments, one to deliver email, one network to keep the site fast and secure, the carriers who bring your package, and the platforms you already use when you buy from us on TikTok or sign in with Google. This page names every one of them, explains what each receives, and states plainly what we do not use. The single most important thing to know: there are no third-party advertising networks and no third-party analytics pixels anywhere on ynfdeals.com.
1. Why we work with outside services
YNF Deals is a fragrance retailer. We are not a payments company, an email infrastructure provider, or a global content-delivery network, and we should not try to be. Handling card numbers securely, filtering attack traffic, and moving packages across the country are jobs where dedicated specialists are safer and more reliable than anything we could build ourselves.
So we use a small number of service providers (sometimes called processors) to run the store, and we hold that list to a simple standard: each company must be necessary to serve you, and each receives only the data its job requires. Where we can do something with our own first-party systems instead — such as understanding how the site is used — we do.
This disclosure works alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and why, and our Cookie Policy, which covers exactly what is stored on your device.
2. The services we use
The table below is the complete list of third parties that may receive customer personal information in the course of serving you.

Each of these companies publishes its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on its own systems. What we describe above is the data we send to, or expose to, each of them.
2.1 Two kinds of relationship
Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, and the delivery carriers work for us: they process your data to provide a service to YNF Deals. TikTok and Google are different — you deal with them directly. A TikTok Shop purchase is completed through TikTok's own checkout under TikTok's terms and payment deadlines, and Google sign-in is a service Google provides to you under Google's terms.
3. What we do not use
Knowing what is absent matters as much as knowing what is present:
- No third-party advertising networks. There are no ad-network tags, retargeting pixels, or programmatic advertising code on ynfdeals.com, and we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- No third-party analytics pixels. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no third-party tracking scripts of any kind.
- No third-party marketing cookies. The only cookies we set are first-party and functional — sign-in and session, shopping bag, language and preferences, plus a first-party device-recognition cookie (ynf_fp) used for fraud prevention and to record proof of legal consent. Cloudflare may set its own operational cookies for security. The full list is in our Cookie Policy.
- No SMS marketing. Email marketing is sent only with your consent, and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
4. How we hold providers accountable
Every provider that processes personal data on our behalf does so under agreements or service terms that include data-protection commitments and restrict use of your data to providing the service we engaged them for.
We apply a minimum necessary data rule: each provider receives only the fields its function requires. Stripe gets payment and billing details but not your order history with us; carriers get a name and address but not your payment information; Resend gets an email address and the message it is delivering, nothing more.
Your privacy rights travel with your data. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information through the privacy tools in your account or by writing to [email protected], and we handle those requests with respect to data our providers hold for us where applicable. Our Privacy Policy describes these rights in full, including the rights of California residents under the CCPA/CPRA and of EU and UK visitors under the GDPR.
5. Changes to this list
As the business evolves we may add, replace, or retire providers. When the list changes, we update this page at ynfdeals.com/legal/third-party. If a change materially affects how your personal information is handled, we also update the Privacy Policy and, where the law requires it, notify you directly.
Any new provider joins under the same standard described in Section 4: necessary to serve you, bound by data-protection commitments, and receiving only the minimum data its role requires.
