1. Overview & Scope

YNF Deals ("we", "us", "our") is a retailer of authentic Arabian, designer, and niche fragrances, located at 585 W Merrick Rd Ste 28 C, Valley Stream, NY 11580, United States. We sell through our online store at ynfdeals.com and through live auctions on TikTok LIVE and TikTok Shop under the shop names "YNF Deals" and "YNF Fragrance".

This policy covers personal information we collect when you browse or buy on ynfdeals.com, create or use an account, contact our support team, or purchase from us through TikTok Shop. It applies together with our Terms of Service and our Cookie Policy.

When you interact with us on TikTok — watching a live stream, bidding, or checking out through TikTok Shop — TikTok also collects information about you under its own privacy policy and terms. This policy describes only what YNF Deals receives and does with that information; it does not govern TikTok's own practices.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, information generated when you shop with us, and limited technical information from your device. We do not collect more than the store needs to operate.

2.1 Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number. If you sign up with a password, we store it only as a cryptographic hash — never in plain text, and no one at YNF Deals can read it. If you use Google sign-in, Google shares your name, email address, and profile photo with us so we can create and authenticate your account.

2.2 Order information

When you place an order, we collect your billing and shipping address, the items you purchased, your order history, tracking numbers, and the payment status of each order (for example, paid, refunded, or failed). We do not collect or store your card numbers — see Payments.

2.3 Technical information

When you visit ynfdeals.com, we automatically record your IP address, browser type, device information, session identifiers, and — for account holders — login history. We use this to keep sessions working, secure accounts, and detect fraud.

2.4 Support communications

When you contact us through the Support area of your account at /my/support or by email, we keep your messages, any attachments you send (such as photos or videos of a damaged item), and the resulting support tickets.

2.5 Live commerce (TikTok LIVE and TikTok Shop)

If you buy from us on TikTok Shop or link your TikTok identity to your YNF Deals account, we receive your TikTok username, your auction participation (bids and claims), and the order details needed to fulfill your purchase. Two things about live selling are worth knowing:

• Live streams are broadcast publicly on TikTok, and recordings of streams may be retained. If you appear in a stream's chat or place a bid, that activity is visible to other viewers.
• We video-record the packing of orders for quality assurance and fraud prevention, so we can verify exactly what was placed in your package.

2.6 Preferences

If you use features like the Fragrance Finder quiz, save items, or receive offers and coupons, we store your fragrance profile, saved items, and offer history so those features work across visits. You can view and manage these in your account at /my.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• Fulfilling orders. Processing your purchase, arranging shipment, providing tracking numbers by email and in your account portal, and handling damage or defect claims.
• Running your account. Authenticating sign-ins, maintaining your order history, saved items, fragrance profile, and addresses.
• Customer support. Answering questions, investigating issues, and resolving claims through your support tickets.
• Fraud prevention and security. Screening orders for fraud (partially automated — see Section 13), securing accounts, investigating chargeback abuse, and protecting our customers and business.
• Legal compliance. Keeping the records the law requires of us, such as tax and accounting records, and honoring legal obligations like sales tax collection.
• Service emails. Sending transactional messages you'd expect — order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, sign-in verification codes, and replies to your support tickets. These are part of the service and are sent to everyone who orders.
• Marketing, only with your consent. If you opt in, we send marketing emails about products and offers. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects your orders or account. We do not send SMS marketing.

We keep a tamper-evident record of the legal consents you give us (for example, agreeing to our terms or opting into marketing) so that we can prove what you agreed to and when.

4. Payments

Payments on ynfdeals.com are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you pay, your payment credentials go directly from your browser to Stripe. YNF Deals never receives or stores your full card numbers; we see only the payment status and the details needed to fulfill and account for your order.

Through Stripe we accept credit and debit cards, ACH Direct Debit, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Link, and PayPal. Each payment method operates under its provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Purchases made on TikTok Shop — including live auction wins — are processed entirely by TikTok's own checkout, under TikTok's terms and payment deadlines. We receive the order and fulfillment details from TikTok, not your payment credentials.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We take a deliberately minimal approach to cookies: first-party, essential-only. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics pixels — no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no ad-tech trackers.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with the service providers that make the store work, with delivery carriers, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6.1 Service providers

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and processes information only for the role described above.

6.2 Legal requests and protection

We may disclose information when required by law — for example, in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other lawful request — and we may report suspected fraud to law enforcement or other authorities, consistent with the anti-fraud rights described in our Terms of Service.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. Our standard retention schedule:

When a retention period ends, we delete the data or anonymize it so it can no longer identify you. If you request deletion of your account (see Section 9), we delete what we can immediately and keep only what the law requires us to keep — such as tax records — for the periods above.

8. How We Protect Information

We protect personal information with technical and organizational measures appropriate to a business of our size and the sensitivity of the data:

• Encryption in transit. All pages on ynfdeals.com are served over HTTPS/TLS.
• Network defense. Cloudflare's CDN, web application firewall, and DDoS protection sit in front of our servers.
• Password hashing. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes, never in plain text.
• Role-based access. Staff access to customer data is limited by role to what each person needs to do their job.
• Tamper-evident consent log. Consent records are stored in a hash-chained audit log, so any alteration is detectable.
• Payment isolation. Payment data is handled by Stripe only and never touches our systems.
• Backups. We take regular backups so your data survives hardware failure.

No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, but we design ours so that the most sensitive data — your payment credentials — never reaches us in the first place.

9. Your Rights & Choices

You can exercise the following rights over your personal data, whoever and wherever you are:

• Access — ask us what personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data. You can update most profile and address details yourself at /my.
• Export (portability) — receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your account and personal data, subject to the legally required retention described in Section 7.
• Marketing opt-out — use the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email, or contact us. Opting out stops marketing emails but not the service emails your orders require.

9.1 How to exercise your rights

Use the privacy tools in your account at /my, or email us at [email protected]. To protect your data, we verify that a request genuinely comes from you — usually by confirming control of the email address on the account — before acting on it. We respond within the timelines the applicable law sets, and we never charge for a reasonable request or treat you differently for making one.

10. California Residents

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you specific rights: to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to access and correct it, to delete it, to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

We honor all of these rights. Because we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of — but the right remains yours, and our practices are documented in our dedicated notice at /legal/california-privacy, which includes the categories of personal information we collect and disclose. Exercise any California right through the channels in Section 9.

11. EU & UK Visitors

We ship only within the United States, but our website can be visited from anywhere. If you visit us from the European Union or the United Kingdom, we honor the rights the GDPR and UK GDPR give you — including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection — through the same channels described in Section 9.

Because YNF Deals operates in the United States, any personal data you provide is processed in the United States. Details, including the legal bases on which we process data, are in our dedicated notice at /legal/gdpr.

12. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Purchases require you to be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

13. Automated Systems & AI-Assisted Tools

We are transparent about where software makes or assists decisions:

• Fraud screening. Orders are screened for fraud in a partially automated way. If an automated decision goes against you — for example, an order is cancelled as suspicious — you can ask for a human to review it by contacting us.
• AI-assisted tools. We may use AI-assisted tools to help draft product descriptions and to triage support requests. A human remains responsible for support outcomes, and a human reviews adverse decisions on request.
• Fragrance Finder. The Fragrance Finder quiz recommends products based only on the preferences you state in the quiz. It does not profile you from other data.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The current version is always published at /privacy, with its effective date shown at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention — such as a notice on the site or an email to account holders — before it takes effect.
